Our Five-Step Process

1. Free Consultation

When you contact us, we will assign you with one of our mezzanine experts who will collect information from you to quote your project. If necessary, our representative will make a site visit to take measurements and note other details that will be necessary for the design of the mezzanine.

If you are in the planning and brainstorming stage, we can arrange a virtual consultation to discuss your options and how our products can provide the optimal solution.

2. Detailed Quote

Our mezzanine experts will prepare a competitive quote for your custom project once we have discussed the specific requirements with you.

Unless otherwise specified, our quote will include all project costs, including:

• Freight
• Mezzanine accessories
• Installation
• Mezzanine drawings

We'll make sure there are no surprises along the way.

3. Drawing Approval

Following the approval of the project, we will provide you with detailed approval drawings for you to review and sign. We will continue to work with you to ensure everything is customized exactly to your needs.

Additionally, we will assist you with your permit application and provide PE-stamped drawings if needed.

4. Production & Delivery

Your custom mezzanine will begin production once the drawings have been approved. Upon completion of production, we will arrange for delivery of your mezzanine to your location.

Once we release your order for production, we will provide an estimated completion date for planning purposes. Project production times vary, but generally range from 9 to 12 weeks. Shipping and delivery typically take one to two weeks after production is completed.

5. Installation

Your mezzanine will be installed by factory-trained installers, and we will strive to keep facility disruptions to a minimum. We pride ourselves on our ability to be flexible to meet the needs of our customers and minimize interruptions.

If you decide to complete the installation yourself, we can provide you with user-friendly instructions along with answers to any questions you may have.

Please note: Our mezzanine design process is quite fluid and can be easily adapted to your needs (e.g., you can use your own installer instead of ours, if you prefer).
