Meet Our Team

Chris began his career in the material handling industry in 1977 with a conveyor systems company. In 1982, he joined Frazier, a leading international storage rack company. Before founding The Mezzanine Company in 1990, Chris gained valuable experience working for The Lively Company in Hanover, NJ. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Saint Peter's University.

Andrew joined our team full-time in 2017 after having previously served the company in various capacities. He brings over 10 years of experience with a background in engineering design and equipment estimating. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from NJIT.

Kathy joined our team in 2017 and is responsible for quoting, customer relations, and inside sales. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Montclair State University and has a strong background in sales and customer service. Kathy takes pride in finding tailored solutions to meet our customers’ individual needs. Her dedication to customer satisfaction ensures a positive experience for everyone she interacts with.

Frank brings 30 years of experience in the construction industry to our team. Over the years, he has worked in various roles such as Owner's Representative, Project Manager, and Project Superintendent. His expertise spans projects in the municipal (public work), government, commercial, pharmaceutical, and residential sectors. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from NJIT.

Kevin has worked in the construction industry for over ten years, gaining extensive experience both running crews on the ground and managing operations from the office. His hands-on expertise and leadership skills are invaluable assets that contribute significantly to the success of our projects.

Rosa joined our team in 2021, bringing with her several years of management and customer service experience. She is responsible for accounts receivables, assisting in project management, and managing our social media presence. Rosa enjoys expanding her knowledge about material handling and is always eager to learn more about the industry.
