CITSCORP, located in Wilmington, NC, is “a comprehensive Industrial Automation Distributor”. Recently, theywere looking to gain some additional space in their building for storage and moreshelving units.

In order to gain a maximum amount of space within theirexisting building, they needed a mezzanine solution that could be customdesigned to work around their existing walls and obstructions including anumber of flared building columns.

Additionally, CITSCORP wanted to reduce interruption tobusiness as much as possible during installation.

Working closely with CITSCORP’s company president, we wereable to provide them with a very competitive budge number over the phone.

Based on the budget price that was provided, they request adetailed quote for an approximately 1,250 square foot mezzanine. Included inthe quote was a double swing gate in order to easily place their items onto thestructure. Additionally, the mezzanine would include two OSHA straight runstaircases to provide easy access to employees from both ends.

Along with functionality and space, they gained a durable andeasy to clean floor by proceeding with a gray diamond seal finish for theirflooring.

After discussing different project details over a couple ofweeks, CITSCORP requested an initial site visit beforeproceeding with the order. The Mezzanine Company was able to coordinate a paidsite visit with CITSCORP for one of our project managers to go to their NCfacility; which was later credited to their project upon placing an order.

With only the initial site visit, The Mezzanine Company wasable to finalize all the project details without needing a follow up visitduring the approval stage.

Once the mezzanine was ready for shipment, we coordinated theinstallation with our local installation team. To reduce interruption tobusiness, the installation team started the install on a weekend and alsoworked longer hours. This resulted in an installation time of only four day,including the weekend!
